At the Intersection Series started in the summer of 2022, when Ritu, a 17-year old comedian (on the side of her day job, being a high school student) decided her community needed a forum to talk about serious topics, without taking themselves too seriously.

This open mic series uses comedy to raise awareness about different topics and connect across differences. Since the series’s start, our team has expanded and we’ve partnered with organizations from The Arbor at Stanford to the Evergreen Islamic Center to Mexico Lindo.
